We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or EFT (contact us for details).

Order Status


Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. Please note that lead times are estimates and can vary depending on time purchased. Bulurru will not be held liable for delays which are beyond our control.

Returns/Shipping Policy


Bulurru wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7 day period. To receive a refund, your item must still be in it’s factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Out of box or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Bulurru ships all items within 5 days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA - For MOST items (providing they fit into a 500g satchel) we charge $9-12 to anywhere within Australia. Parcels exceeding 500g are based on weight and your location. We try to keep our postage cost affordable as we aim to please our customers - this is why the Australia Post cost is partially subsidised by us.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA - Postage is calculated based on weight and your location. Note you may be charged customs fees or taxes in your country - we do not cover these costs, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Claims


Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Bulurru will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact Bulurru by email to orders@bulurru.com.au within 24 hours to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
