The hat is very nice. It was not packaged very well and arrived squashed out of shape at the crown.

Damaged wide brim hat
The hat arrived damaged with the back bent & the woven reeds bent & snapped through
Obviously the packaging was not protective enough for the delivery process. Very disappointed!

The hat arrived already damaged at the back with some of the reeds already snapped when we took it out of the bag. The packaging was not protective enough.
